Freedom of assembly and association: It presumes that everyone has the right to peacefully meet with other people, to gather for any (lawful) purpose both in online and offline spheres, including protest, recreation, socialization, etc. without fear of governmental or other harassment or intrusion. On occasions, it can be acceptable for a public authority to restrict your rights to freedom of assembly and association but only in conformity with the law and which are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, public order, the protection of public health or morals or the protection of the rights and freedoms of other people.
